Madonna Sebastian sings AR Rahman and Michael Jackson’s songs

Two weeks ago, while going through YouTube, the algorithm gave a good recommendation. It was actresss Madonna Sebastian singing a fusion of AR Rahman and Michael Jackson’s song! AR Rahman’s “maaro maaro” from Boys and Jackson’s “they don’t really care about us”. Both have beats that can sync well. In a way, the video of Boys movie song “maaro maaro” seems to be inspired from Jackson’s song that was shot at Rio De Janeiro.

The song is really good. Madonna Sebastian has collaborated with a band called “sync society”. BToS productions has done the production. Wonderful work. Video is simple and works. Today, I happened to come across another song that Madonna has recorded. It is Harris Jayaraj’s “uyirin uyire” from the movie Khaaka Khaaka. Originally sung by the lovely KK and Mirchi Suchitra, this was such a big hit then. They’ve modified the background to an extent and they changed the main guitar riff to something different. Drums are good.

For an actress to also do singing so well, it’s rare. Well done Madonna Sebastian. Good work Sync Society. And a big thanks to BToS productions people for helping in this. They’ve mentioned the original song, movie, singer, lyricist, label etc. Every musician has been credited in the description.

Madonna Sebastian has a logo for herself and it looks so impressive. Reminds me of Jackson’s “King of Pop” logo.

I did check if Madonna had sung any songs earlier and noticed that she’s performed on stage. I have some memory that she’s sung a song in some movie. Need to check. Nithya Menon too sang a song in a small album. We all should do small endeavours which we love to do, without thinking about the success. Like Rahman says, “work on perfecting your art and put it out to the world. The universe will pick you from there”.
