The evening cravings started around 5pm. I kept searching for what to order. Checked this place called Paris Panini. I ordered Colette, which is “roasted mushroom and veggies sandwich”.
First, I hadn’t expected this place to serve any item for as less as Rs. 215. Next, food was extremely good. They really put some good quality veggies and roasted mushrooms. The chutney used tasted fresh and real. The bread was soft. Fully happy. Also got a coupon for Rs. 300 off on my first dine in visit there. Maybe I’ll go sometime. They have branches at Church Street, JP Nagar, Kalyan Nagar, Koramangala, RMV Second Stage and Whitefield.
I guess I had seen some video of the founder of this business, how he started small and now made it big. Ok I found the video. The founder of Nicholas a French citizen who came to India to study business and ended up starting a small business (food truck in 2015) and now worth 50 crores and has many branches. After tasting his first product, I must say: all it takes for a business to grow is that you need to maintain that good quality and you’ll “taste” success. I must read up about him and understand how he grew his business.
