Are they all testing our limits and dehumanising us?

Take most of the businesses, they are all testing our limits and dehumanising us. Let me list out:

  1. Most political parties have taken their voters for granted. No respect for the voters. Voters keep voting their favourite political party, hence the voters are taken for granted.
  2. RCB management has taken their fans for granted, because they’ll support the team, no matter what. Hence the fans of RCB have been taken for granted and the management takes wrong decisions just to test the patience of the fans.
  3. Eateries like Rameswaram cafe have been making their customers stand and eat , thereby dehumanising their customers. Still people go there like the food is free. So the Rameswaram owners have taken their customers for granted.
  4. Your employer pushes the limits of dehumanising every week and every new month. And sometimes the employer himself is  surprised as to how the employee is taking all the shit. Bucket holders still continue praising their employers and take all the torture.
  5. Probably your partner may be toxic and pushing the limits of testing your patience. You still forgive and stay and that’s when they take you for granted.

Alternative?

If these people should start respecting you, you should stop patronizing them. The problem is that – do you have an alternative? As long as the other person knows that you got no alternative or that you won’t jump for the alternatives, they’ll continue exploiting you. This is where competition becomes important! Don’t ever be too dependent on someone that they continue exploiting you. There’s no alternative to your family and closest friends. And the rest can be replaced. So don’t worry and replace them when they are exploiting you.

You wield power

It all boils down to how much power you have. It’s better to reach a position of power or acquire that power either by your knowledge or economic prowess or through your irreplaceable skills. Be so irreplaceable, that they are forced to respect you.
