Stock some fruits instead of snacks

Stocking some fruits in your home instead of stocking some snacks will reward you with good health. When when we go to the supermarkets, we tend to buy a lot of snacks items. Instead, buy some fruits. Keep them at home. Snack on fruits when you feel bored. Two years ago, I used to sit for writing work and to cut the boredom, I got some grapes and cucumber. Kept snacking on them while writing. Result was that I didn’t feel hungry, I had the focus to write, and at the end of it I didn’t feel heavy in my tummy. This is a good hack when you are sitting to do some focused work.
